Our Story
As a supply chain consultant for a major restaurant franchisor in
North America, Rahul, our CEO, spent over a year embedded in their supply chain operations. What he uncovered was a troubling reality: millions in procurement revenue leaked each year due to fragmented data, manual processes, limited visibility, and operational inefficiencies—hurting both bottom line and potential brand integrity.

Conversations with other multi-unit restaurant brands revealed the same challenges of revenue leakage, compliance gaps, and supply chain teams viewed as cost centers rather than growth drivers. This inspired the vision for Blawnt: to help multi-unit restaurant owners protect their brand and capture every procurement dollar owed, without adding operational complexity.

Rahul partnered with our CTO, Mehdi, a former colleague and a data architect. Together they launched Blawnt to bring the vision to life.
