Our story

Blawnt was born from firsthand experience. We are supply chain strategists and engineers bringing simplicity, transparency, and control to restaurant franchisors' supply chain.

While consulting for a major restaurant franchisor, Rahul spent over a year deep inside their operations—from vendor contract negotiation to franchisee purchases, rebate accrual, and payment tracking. What he discovered was troubling: millions in rebate revenue were slipping through the cracks each year. Operational inefficiencies, manual errors, fragmented data, team turnover, and limited visibility into franchisee purchases were just some of the issues causing both financial loss and damage to brand integrity.

Other restaurant franchisors echoed the same challenges—revenue leakage, compliance challenges, and supply chain teams treated as cost centers instead of strategic growth drivers. That’s when the vision for Blawnt was born: to help franchisors protect their brand and capture every rebate dollar owed—without adding operational burden.​

 

In December 2024, Rahul teamed up with Mehdi, a former colleague and a brilliant data architect with an entrepreneurial mindset. Together, they launched Blawnt in June 2025 to bring their vision to life.
